Common issues and solutions to help you get the most out of ConvertIQ.

Calls not connecting

If calls aren't connecting, check:

  • Phone number format (use E.164 without +)
  • Credit balance (credits required per call)
  • Agent configuration and voice settings
  • Phone number availability and status

Agent not responding correctly

To improve agent responses:

  • Review and refine system prompts
  • Check custom variables are properly set
  • Test voice settings and model selection
  • Verify tool configurations (calendar, transfer)

Calendar booking not working

Calendar integration troubleshooting:

  • Verify calendar connection in Settings
  • Check calendar tool is enabled for the agent
  • Ensure calendar has available time slots
  • Test with a simple manual booking first

Webhooks not receiving data

If webhooks aren't working:

  • Verify webhook URL is publicly accessible
  • Check URL responds with 200 status code
  • Ensure HTTPS is configured correctly
  • Review server logs for incoming requests

Facebook leads not importing

For Facebook integration issues:

  • Reconnect Facebook in Integrations
  • Verify page permissions are granted
  • Check lead form has required fields
  • Ensure webhooks are subscribed correctly
