How to Opt Out

• SMS/Text Messages: Reply STOP to any marketing text message to unsubscribe from SMS communications
• Email: Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email
• Account Settings: Manage your communication preferences in your ConvertIQ dashboard

Please note that opting out of marketing communications will not affect transactional messages related to your account, such as billing notifications, security alerts, and service updates.

4.1 Google Calendar Integration

When you connect Google Calendar:

When you connect Gmail for email automation:

• Email sending: We send emails from YOUR Gmail address only when triggered by workflows you configure
• Inbox access: Read-only access to view messages (not yet implemented in UI)
• Security: Gmail access is provided via Nylas, a Google-approved OAuth provider
• No data storage: We do not store Gmail message content on our servers
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit
• You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account settings or ConvertIQ integrations page
• We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy

5. How We Use Microsoft Outlook Data

When you connect Microsoft Outlook for email automation:

• Email sending: We send emails from YOUR Outlook address only when triggered by workflows you configure
• Inbox access: Read-only access to view messages (not yet implemented in UI)
• Security: Outlook access is provided via Nylas, a Microsoft-approved OAuth provider
• No data storage: We do not store Outlook message content on our servers
• OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and in transit
• You can revoke access anytime in your Microsoft Account settings or ConvertIQ integrations page
• We comply with Microsoft API Terms of Use

6. How We Use Facebook User Data

When you connect Facebook:

• We access lead form data from your Facebook Lead Ads you explicitly link to ConvertIQ.
• Data is used only for lead capture, tracking, and follow-up automation.
• We comply with the Facebook Platform Terms and Facebook Data Use Restrictions.
• You can disconnect Facebook access at any time.
• Lead data is encrypted and never sold or shared outside your authorized use.

7. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We may share data with:

• Service providers: e.g., Nylas (email), Twilio (communications), Stripe (payments), hosting providers
• Integration partners: when you connect third-party accounts
• Your authorized team members
• Legal authorities: if required by law
• Business transfers: e.g., merger or acquisition

We never sell personal information.

8. Data Security

We implement:

• End-to-end encryption for sensitive data
• Secure hosting with SOC 2–compliant infrastructure
• Role-based access controls
• Regular security audits and monitoring

• Revoke Google/Microsoft/Facebook integration at any time

10. Data Retention

• Active accounts: data retained while active
• Call recordings: 90 days (configurable)
• Email message content: Not stored (transactional only)
• Deleted accounts: data removed within 30 days
• Analytics data: retained for 2 years

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18.

12. International Data Transfers

We process data in the United States and may transfer to other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.

We may update this policy and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.
